This year’s Mix and Mingle Alumni Reception takes place from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Sunday, May 15 at the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC. The event brings together alumni from more than 20 medical schools together for an evening of hors d’oeuvres, drinks and fun.
The colleges will have booths set up for alumni to find out what’s happening at their alma maters. Participating alumni groups (as of March 1) include: AFD; Michigan Section; University of South Florida; University of California, San Francisco; Indiana University; Mayo Medical School; The George Washington University; University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics; University of Michigan; The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University; Tufts Medical Center; Albany Medical College Alumni Association; American Medical Writer Association; Northwestern University; Wake Forest School of Medicine; University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics; University of Rochester; University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health; Baystate Health; Wright State University; Vanderbilt University Medical Center; MSU College of Human Medicine.
The Marriott Marquis also will play host to this year’s Welcome Reception from 6:00 to 7:30 pm Saturday.
Join your colleagues and ACOG in the hotel’s Lobby Balcony and enjoy food, drinks and music to kick off ACOG 2016. Childcare will be available.
Since all of the official meeting hotels for this year’s Annual Meeting are within walking distance of the Marriott and the Convention Center, which is next to the Marriott, no shuttle buses will be used at this year’s meeting.
