Opening Ceremonies and President’s Program
ACOG President Thomas M. Gellhaus, MD, FACOG, presides over the opening of the 65th Annual Clinical and Scientific Meeting on Saturday, May 6 in San Diego, CA. Session also includes the President’s Program of specially selected addresses from luminaries in the field. Learn more.

Inauguration and Convocation
Haywood L. Brown, MD, FACOG, will be installed as the 68th President of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists on Monday, May 8 at 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM following the induction of new Fellows. Join us on Monday, May 8, from 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM for the lively and fun Gerald and Barbara Holzman Stump the Professors session. Four real cases are selected from Junior Fellows and top medical professors are put on the spot and asked to make the correct diagnosis. Learn more.

Jenny and Keith White “Are You Smarter Than a Junior Fellow?” Session
This session is a twist on the television game show “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader.” But, in the ACOG version, two Young Physicians will square off against two more senior ACOG Fellows. Each will attempt to answer two rounds of questions and if they struggle their only lifeline will be a panel of the best and brightest Junior Fellow “classmates.” This session will be on Saturday, May 6, from 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM. Film Festival
The film festival will be held on Saturday, May 6, from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM and will present a select number of films showcasing various procedures and research in the advancements in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. Learn more.

Annual Business Meeting
Open to all members on Saturday morning May 6 from 10:45 AM – 12:00 PM, this event presents year-end reports and follows with election of 2017-2018 national ACOG officers. Learn more.
