Guest Registration – $275

Friends and family of registered attendees (ages 17+) are welcome to join the meeting as guests. Guest registration is not available to individuals professionally involved in ACOG or the field of obstetrics and gynecology. A guest badge is required for all access to the convention center, including social activities and the exhibit hall.

Guest registration does not include CME credits.

Child Registration

Children (17 years and under) must be registered to access the convention center. Registration is complimentary and children must be accompanied by a registered parent or guardian. Single-width strollers are allowed in the exhibit hall.

Camp ACOG (On-Site Childcare Available)

ACOG is excited to once again offer Camp ACOG, a childcare service for attendees during the 2026 Annual Clinical & Scientific Meeting. You can fully participate in the meeting knowing your children are safe, engaged, and having fun just steps away.

Childcare is $10 per child per hour and is provided on site at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, where most sessions and activities take place.

Who Can Register for Camp ACOG?

Children 6 months to 12 years are welcome. Every age group will enjoy activities tailored specifically to their developmental stage—including arts and crafts, active games, and much more.

Staff Member-to-Child Ratios

ACCENT’s staffing ratios meet or exceed standards set by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, or NAEYC. The staff member-to-child ratio at Camp ACOG will be:

  • Infants (6–12 months): 1:2
  • Toddlers (13–35 months): 1:3
  • Preschool (36 months–5 years): 1:5
  • School Age (6–12 years): 1:8
Easy Online Registration

Reserve a spot with a $20 non-refundable deposit per child when you register online. You can make your final payment on site based on the hours of care provided.

The deadline for early registration is April 23. Space is limited, so please secure your child’s spot early! Registrations made after that date will be processed on a space-available basis and will be charged an additional $5.00 per child per day.

Registration Policies

Card Only

ACOG is a cashless meeting. All on-site payments must be made by credit or debit card.

Change/Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or changes must be received in writing by April 3, 2026. Cancellations received by this date will receive a refund of their registration, minus a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 3.

On-Site Registration and Badge Pick-Up

On-site registration and badge pick-up will be available at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center on the following dates/times. You must present a government issued ID.

  • Thursday, April 30, 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Friday, May 1, 6:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 2, 6:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, May 3, 7 a.m.–2 p.m.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there ACSM events that my spouse or guest can attend?

Yes! Registered spouses, partners, and guests have access to the exhibit hall and are invited to attend the welcome reception on Friday, May 1. Please note that guest registration does not include CME credits.

I am being asked to provide verification for my medical student registration. Where do I submit that?

Medical student verification can be emailed to ACOGRegistration@spargoinc.com.

Can I register at the convention center?

Yes, you can register on site at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center from April 30 to May 3. You will need to bring your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit or debit card and a government-issued photo ID.

What do I need to bring to pick up my badge?

You must show a government-issued photo ID to pick up your badge. Each registrant must pick up their own badge; representatives of groups cannot pick up all the badges for that group. Please bring your confirmation letter or have your confirmation email available.
