Pre-Meeting Courses
We are offering Pre-Meeting Courses on Thursday, May 15, prior to the start of the ACSM. These in-depth and interactive workshops prioritize the application of essential skills to benefit those in the ob-gyn field. Courses are available at an additional cost to regular registration, however ACSM registration is not required to attend a pre-meeting course. Seating is limited and registration is required.

Guest Registration
Guest registration is available for $250 per guest and is reserved for friends and family of attendees. All guests will need to be registered in order to access the convention center and may not be professionally involved in ACOG.
Guest registration includes:
- Access to social activities.
- Access to exhibitor hall.
Guest registration does not include CME credits.
Change/Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or changes must be received in writing by April 18, 2025. Cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund less a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 18.
