What precautions are being taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at the meeting?

ACOG has implemented a mandatory vaccination policy for all attendees of the 2022 ACSM. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required for attendance at the meeting.

The safety of all attendees is our top priority. We are closely monitoring CDC guidelines, state and federal mandates and health safety measures put in place by ACSM venues.

Information about on-site protocols and how to process vaccine documentation will be communicated as soon as it becomes available.

When and where is the 2022 Annual Clinical & Scientific Meeting (ACSM)?

Is the 2022 ACSM virtual or in person?

We are thrilled to welcome attendees back to a live, in-person meeting experience. San Diego, California is the perfect place to reconnect with colleagues, friends, and the ACOG community.

Is there going to be a live stream option available? If so, what are the associated costs?

ACOG’s 2022 ACSM is designed to be an in-person meeting experience and we encourage attendees to join us in San Diego. We are exploring the potential for livestreaming a very limited number of sessions. We anticipate communicating a decision and details on that point in early 2022.

Will the 2022 ACSM be available on demand in whole or in part after the live event? If so, for how long? What are the associated costs?

ACSM 2022 will be available On-Demand after the live meeting concludes. Details on pricing and availability will be available in early 2022.

Will childcare be available?

Childcare will be available during the day from Friday, May 6 to Sunday, May 8. More information will be available as the meeting date approaches.

All guests and children must be registered to enter the San Diego Convention Center. Children under 18 are free.

What is appropriate meeting attire?

Business casual attire is recommended for this meeting.

How much does it cost to attend?

You can find fees on the ACSM registration page. Early-bird pricing is available through February 10, 2022.

Are there ACSM events that my spouse/guest can attend?

Yes! Registered spouses and guests have access to the Exhibit Hall and are invited to attend the Welcome Reception on Friday, May 6.

What is the cancellation policy?

The deadline to cancel or make changes to your registration is April 6, 2022. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 6. Any cancellations received in writing prior to April 6 will receive a full refund less a 20% processing fee.

Does ACOG provide discounts on hotel accommodations?

How do I get a letter of invitation to apply for a visa to travel to the United States?

Session, Abstract, and Film Submissions

When will I know if my submission was accepted?

All submissions are peer-reviewed and scored by the Committee on Scientific Program. Submitters of selected session proposals will be notified by the end of December 2021; submitters of abstracts and films will be notified by the end of January 2022.

Photographs, audio, and video will be captured during the 2022 ACOG Annual Clinical and Scientific Annual Meeting. Attendees and their guests hereby grant ACOG and its representatives permission to be photographed and/or recorded by audio and/or video at the meeting. Attendees and guests give ACOG permission to copyright, publish, and distribute these photographs, audio recordings and/or video recordings and use them in any and all media, including print and electronic for any lawful purpose. Attendees and their guests hereby release and discharge ACOG, its officers, directors, employees, agents, assigns, and designees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of Annual Meeting photography, audio and/or video, including but not limited to any claims for defamation or invasion of privacy.
