When and where is the 2024 Annual Clinical & Scientific Meeting (ACSM)?

Join us in San Francisco, California, May 17–19, 2024, at the San Francisco Moscone Center to reconnect with colleagues and the ACOG community. The meeting will feature exclusive educational programming and unique networking events designed to recharge your spirit. Unique perspectives and collaboration around shared challenges will reset your outlook and advance your practice into the future.

Will childcare be available?

Childcare will be available during the day from Friday, May 17, to Sunday, May 19, during the following hours:

  • Friday, May 17, 7:30 a.m.–8 p.m. PT
  • Saturday, May 18, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. PT
  • Sunday, May 19, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. PT

Children over 18 months old and under 18 years old must be registered and badged at all times in the convention center. Children will be allowed in the exhibit hall during regular exhibit hall hours.

If you require childcare, please visit the Camp ACOG website to register. The deadline for early registration is May 8. Any registration forms received after this date will be processed on a space-available basis.

Will the Sessions be translated from English to other languages?

No. The 2024 ACSM Sessions will be in English only and will not be translated to other languages.

When will the Presidential Inauguration and Convocation be held?

The Presidential Inauguration and Convocation will be held Sunday, May 19.

  • New Fellows Robing: 7:30 a.m.
  • Ceremony: 8:30 a.m. – 10 a.m.
  • Reception: 10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. in the Exhibit Hall at the Moscone Center.

New Fellows will be inducted during the Presidential Inauguration and Convocation. New Fellows will be individually recognized as their names are called as they walk across the stage and are congratulated by the ACOG President. A professional photographer will take pictures as each new Fellow walks on stage.

Stella M. Dantas, MD, will be installed as the 75th President of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists following the induction of new Fellows.

Fellows admitted from January 1, 2022, to March 1, 2024, are invited to participate. If you are a new Fellow who was admitted within this timeframe and did not receive either an email or mailed invitation, please reach out to meetings@acog.org.

Registration

 

How do I register to attend?

Registration for the 2024 ACSM will open in October 2023. Please visit the ACSM registration page to register and log in with your ACOG credentials or create a complimentary account to get your appropriate pricing.

How much does it cost to attend?

You can find fees on the ACSM registration page. Early-bird pricing is available through January 15, 2024. All ACOG members receive a discount; please log in with your member credentials to receive your appropriate discount.

Will Pre-Meeting Courses be available?

Pre-Courses will be available on Thursday, May 16, 2024. Please read more about them on our Pre-Meeting Course page

Will I be able to pay for registration in cash on-site?

The ACSM is a cashless meeting. If you are planning to pay for registration on-site, please bring your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

How do I become a member of ACOG?

To become a member of ACOG, please visit ACOG’s Membership page.

Are there ACSM events that my spouse/guest can attend?

Yes! Registered spouses and guests have access to the Exhibit Hall and are invited to attend the Welcome Reception on Friday, May 17.

I am being asked to provide verification for my medical student registration. Where do I submit that?

Medical student verification can be emailed to acogregistration@spargoinc.com.

What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations or changes must be received in writing by April 19, 2024. Cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund less a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 19.

Housing & Travel

 

Does ACOG provide discounts on hotel accommodations?

All registered attendees will receive a discounted room rate from the official meeting hotels. To learn more about housing options or to make reservations, please see our Housing page.

 

How do I get a letter of invitation to apply for a visa to travel to the United States?

If you are applying for a visa to travel to the United States to attend the 2024 ACSM, please email acogregistration@spargoinc.com to request a letter of invitation.

Does ACOG provide airline discounts?

ACOG has an agreement with United Airlines and Delta Air Lines for up to 10% off applicable tickets. To learn more about our airline discounts, please see our Travel page.

What is the Meeting Anti-Harassment Policy?

ACOG promotes an environment of respect, fairness, integrity, and inclusiveness. The ACOG Meetings Anti-Harassment Policy promotes these values by defining the expectations for all participants at any ACOG meeting and related social events. When used in this policy, “participant” refers to anyone present at any ACOG Meeting, including all attendees, members, speakers, staff, contractors, vendors, and exhibitors. This policy applies to all meetings hosted by ACOG, at all venues and events, including all ancillary or unofficial social events held in conjunction with any ACOG meeting.

What is the Photography and Filming Policy?

Photographs, audio, and video will be captured during the 2024 ACOG Annual Clinical & Scientific Annual Meeting. Attendees and their guests hereby grant ACOG and its representatives permission to be photographed and/or recorded by audio and/or video at the meeting. Attendees and guests give ACOG permission to copyright, publish, and distribute these photographs, audio recordings, and/or video recordings and use them in any and all media, including print and electronic, for any lawful purpose. Attendees and their guests hereby release and discharge ACOG, its officers, directors, employees, agents, assigns, and designees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of Annual Meeting photography, audio and/or video, including but not limited to any claims for defamation or invasion of privacy.

What is the Privacy Statement?

ACOG takes your personal privacy seriously. This statement provides information concerning how your personal data may be used by ACOG. Information concerning attendees and their guests may be used and/or distributed by ACOG for its operational, institutional, and/or marketing purposes, including to improve future meetings. Such information may also be distributed to ACOG Annual Meeting exhibitors and/or presenters. Attendees and their guests hereby release ACOG from any liability arising from use of their personal information in ways that are consistent with this statement.
