Camp ACOG (On-Site Childcare)

Camp ACOG offers on-site childcare Thursday through Sunday for $50 per child, per day. Childcare can be booked during meeting registration and is charged separately from children’s meeting registration fees.

Guest and Children’s Tours

Explore Los Angeles with tours designed for guests and children! Guest tours include art and cultural experiences, Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive, and Santa Monica and Venice. Children’s tours feature visits to the California Science Center, Natural History Museum, and Los Angeles Zoo. Tours can be booked during meeting registration for an additional fee. Advance registration is required, and tours are subject to minimum participation requirements.

Are there ACSM events that my spouse/guest can attend?

Yes! Guest registration is available for $275 per guest. Registered spouses, partners and guests have access to the exhibit hall and are invited to attend the welcome reception on Friday, May 21. Please note that guest registration does not include CME credits.

I am being asked to provide verification for my medical student registration. Where do I submit that?

Medical student verification can be emailed to ACOGRegistration@spargoinc.com .

What do I need to bring to pick up my badge?

You must show a government-issued photo ID to pick up your badge. Each registrant must pick up their own badge; representatives of groups cannot pick up all the badges for that group. Please bring your confirmation letter or have your confirmation email available on your mobile device.

Can I register at the convention center?

Yes, you can register on site at the Los Angeles Convention Center from May 20 to 22. You will need to bring your Visa, Mastercard, or America Express credit card and a government-issued photo ID.

ACSM registration is not required to attend a pre-meeting course, and courses are available at an additional cost to regular registration. Seating is limited and registration is required.

Guest Registration

Friends and family of registered attendees (ages 17+) are welcome to join the meeting as guests. Guest registration is not available to individuals professionally involved in ACOG or the field of obstetrics and gynecology. A guest badge is required for all access to the convention center, including social activities and the exhibit hall.

The guest registration fee is $275. It does not include CME credits.

Children at the ACSM

All children ages 17 and under must be registered to access the convention center. Registration fees are:

Ages 0–5: Complimentary
Ages 6–17: $35 per child

Children must be accompanied at all times by a registered parent or guardian. Newborns and breastfeeding infants are welcome in all ACSM venues when accompanied by a registered parent or guardian.

Children are permitted in the exhibit hall during regular hours only, excluding installation and dismantling. Single-width strollers are allowed in the exhibit hall. Commercial solicitation to children by exhibitors is prohibited.

Registration Policies

Card Only

ACOG is a cashless meeting. All on-site payments must be made by credit or debit card.

Change/Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or changes must be received in writing by April 23, 2027. Cancellations received by this date will receive a refund of their registration, minus a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 23.

On-Site Registration and Badge Pickup

On-site registration and badge pickup will be available at the Los Angeles Convention Center on the following dates/times. You must present a government issued ID.

Friday, May 21, 6:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
