Hotel options are conveniently located near the Minneapolis Convention Center. Please make your hotel reservations prior to April 21. After this date, the discounted rate negotiated by ACOG cannot be guaranteed.

The ACOG Housing Center is the only place to book your housing for the 2025 ACSM. Beware of housing pirates and poachers. ACOG does not endorse booking hotel reservations through sources other than SPARGO, Inc. See our policy below.

ACOG makes every effort to provide you with a variety of hotel options. The hotels are mapped out in relation to the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Room rates listed are per night and are based on single occupancy for one standard guest room. Additional fees may apply for more than one occupant per room or for a guest room with two beds. Room rates do not include taxes, fees, or meals. Each hotel listed below has a three-diamond rating.

Getting to the Meeting

The Minneapolis Convention Center (MCC) is on the southern edge of downtown Minneapolis, just one block east of Nicollet Mall, and has convenient access to hotels, upscale retailers, entertainment, and dining facilities. All are connected by the enclosed climate-controlled skyway system. The MCC is directly across the street from the Holiday Inn Express Suites Minneapolis Downtown.

ACSM 2025 activities taking place at the Minneapolis Convention Center will be located on levels 1 and 2 and on the mezzanine level.

It is easily accessible by car and public transportation.

Parking

If you are traveling to the ACSM by car, the Minneapolis Convention Center offers several parking options. Multiple parking ramps are located within walking distance of the MCC to make parking easy and safe. Many ramps boast quick skyway connections to the MCC and offer the choice to pre-purchase your spot.

Skyway System

The MCC is accessible through the skyway system from multiple nearby hotels and parking ramps. The skyway also connects visitors to popular restaurants, shopping destinations, and attractions. Learn more in the Skyway Guide.

Accessibility

The Minneapolis Convention Center’s accessible design provides several features that allow for accessibility for those who use wheelchairs, canes, or mobility scooters, and those with vision and hearing impairments. The facility includes locations for easy curbside drop-off along 2nd Avenue, automatic building entrances, automatic 3rd Avenue parking ramp doors, power assist doors, and wheelchair-accessible elevators and bathrooms.
