Attending the Meeting

When and where is the 2025 Annual Clinical & Scientific Meeting (ACSM)?

The 2025 Annual Clinical & Scientific Meeting will be held May 16–18 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

The Minneapolis Convention Center is located at:

1301 Second Ave S.

 

Is there an option to attend virtually?

The 2025 ACSM is a live in-person event and there is no virtual component. You can purchase ACSM On Demand, which offers a selection of sessions from the ACSM, as part of your in-person registration or after the event if you are unable to attend. On Demand content is not eligible for CME.

Can I bring my children?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your children. Please note the following ACOG policies:

  • Newborns and breastfeeding infants will be allowed in any ACSM venue when accompanied by an ACSM-registered parent or guardian
  • Children with an ACSM-registered parent or guardian must also be registered if they are attending any part of the meeting, including educational and business sessions, the welcome reception, New Fellows Reception, and the Exhibit Hall
  • Children will be allowed in the Exhibit Hall during regular exhibit and reception hours and must be accompanied by and in direct control of a parent or guardian at all times
  • Single-width strollers will be allowed in Exhibit Hall and stroller parking will be available
  • Childcare is available for children aged six months to 12 years for an additional fee
Will childcare be available?

Childcare for children aged six months to 12 years will be available for an additional fee from Thursday, May 15, to Sunday, May 18, during the following hours:

  • Thursday, May 15, 7 a.m.–6 p.m.
  • Friday, May 16, 7:30 a.m.–8 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 17, 7:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, May 18, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

When is the exhibit hall open?

The Exhibit Hall hours are:

  • Friday, May 16, 11 a.m.–4:15 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 17, 11 a.m.–6 p.m.

There are no exhibit hall hours on Sunday.

Is there a mobile app for attendees?

Yes. Attendees can download the ACOG ACSM 2025 app on Android or iPhone for real-time access to meeting information, networking opportunities, games, and more. Once you download the app, open the ACOG ACSM 2025 event, and log in with the username and password you used to register for the meeting.

How do I register to attend?

Please visit the ACSM registration page to register and log in with your ACOG credentials or create a complimentary account to get your appropriate pricing.

How much does it cost to attend?

You can find fees on the ACSM registration page. All ACOG members receive a discount; when registering, please log in with your member credentials to receive your appropriate discount.

What are your cancellation policies?

All cancellations or changes must be received in writing by Friday, April 18, 2025. Cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund less a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 18. Please email, fax, or mail your cancellation to …

Will premeeting courses be available?

Premeeting courses will be available on Thursday, May 15. Please read more about them on our Pre-Meeting Courses page.

Will I be able to pay for registration in cash on site?

The ACSM is a cashless meeting. If you are planning to pay for registration on site, please bring your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card.

How do I become a member of ACOG?

To become a member of ACOG, please visit ACOG’s membership page to apply.

Are there ACSM events that my spouse or guest can attend?

Yes! Guest registration is available for $250 per guest. Registered spouses, partners, and guests have access to the Exhibit Hall and are invited to attend the welcome reception on Friday, May 16. Please note that guest registration does not include CME credits.

I am being asked to provide verification for my medical student registration. Where do I submit that?

Medical student verification can be emailed to acogregistration@spargoinc.com.

Travel and Housing

Does ACOG provide discounts on hotel accommodations?

All registered attendees will receive a discounted room rate from the official meeting hotels. Visit the Travel and Housing page to learn more.

How do I get a letter of invitation to apply for a visa to travel to the United States?

If you are applying for a visa to travel to the United States to attend the 2025 ACSM, please email acogregistration@spargoinc.com to request a letter of invitation.

Does ACOG provide airline discounts?

ACOG has an agreement with United Airlines and Delta Air Lines for up to 10% off applicable tickets. Visit the Travel and Housing page to learn more.

Will transportation be provided between the hotels and convention center?

Yes, attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle bus service that will run between official ACSM hotels (that aren’t within walking distance) to get to and from the Minneapolis Convention Center, the Welcome Reception at the Fillmore, and the PAC Party at the Mill Museum.

What is the meeting anti-harassment policy?

ACOG is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. ACOG’s Statement of Values contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

ACOG is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use a hotline hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in ACOG’s Statement of Values and ask for guidance related to policies and procedures.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

What is the photography and filming policy?

Photographs, audio, and video will be captured during the 2025 ACSM. Attendees and their guests hereby grant ACOG and its representatives permission to be photographed and/or recorded by audio and/or video at the meeting. Attendees and guests give ACOG permission to copyright, publish, and distribute these photographs, audio recordings, and/or video recordings and use them in any and all media, including print and electronic, for any lawful purpose. Attendees and their guests hereby release and discharge ACOG, its officers, directors, employees, agents, assigns, and designees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of Annual Meeting photography, audio, and/or video, including but not limited to any claims for defamation or invasion of privacy.

What is the ACOG privacy statement?

ACOG takes your personal privacy seriously. This statement provides information concerning how your personal data may be used by ACOG. Information concerning attendees and their guests may be used and/or distributed by ACOG for its operational, institutional, and/or marketing purposes, including to improve future meetings.
