Please make your hotel reservations before Friday, April 3, 2026. After this date, the discounted rate negotiated by ACOG cannot be guaranteed.

Room rates listed are per night and are based on single occupancy for one standard guest room. Additional fees may apply for more than one occupant per room or for a guest room with two beds. Room rates do not include taxes, fees, or meals. Each hotel listed below has a three-diamond rating.

ACOG has agreements with United Airlines and Delta Air Lines for up to 10% off applicable tickets. Restrictions apply, and not all classes of service apply for the discount. Discounts are valid for travel to Washington, D.C., three days before and after the dates of the meeting.
United Airlines
- Book online via the United Airlines website and provide discount code ZRS2916542
- Call the United Meetings Reservation Desk at (800) 426-1122 between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. CT, Monday–Friday (closed for major U.S. holidays) for booking assistance
- Booking fees are waived for meeting reservations
- International customers may contact their local United reservation desk
Delta Air Lines
- Book online via the Delta Air Lines website and provide meeting code NY4AK
