Speakers and Presenters Must Review All Details Below to Ensure a Smooth and Enjoyable Experience
We’re thrilled to have you as a speaker for the 2026 Annual Clinical & Scientific Meeting (ACSM)! Your knowledge and contributions are what make this meeting so valuable for your peers in ob-gyn health. The meeting will take place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., May 1–3.
Speaker Portal
Log in to the Speaker Portal to complete all required pre-meeting steps.
The portal is also your go-to resource for key details, including your session date and time. Simply use your ACOG website login credentials to access your portal dashboard.
2026 Call for Proposals Is Closed
We are no longer accepting session proposals or abstracts.
All session decisions have been made and notification letters were emailed. If you submitted a session proposal, please check your inbox.
If you submitted an abstract proposal for an oral presentation, ePoster, industry poster, or Stump the Professors submission, please keep an eye on your inbox, as we will send out decisions in early January.
Registration
All session speakers and poster, film, and oral presenters must register for the 2026 ACSM by Wednesday, April 15.
Please review your acceptance email for any applicable registration discounts. To ensure you receive the correct rate, please register using your ACOG account credentials.
Session and Oral Presentation Guidelines
Final PowerPoint presentations must be uploaded by Friday, March 13.

Please note: After submitting your presentation, you will have the opportunity to make minor edits and updates in the Speaker Ready Room up to 4 hours before your session.
Speaker Ready Room
Speakers are required to check in at the Speaker Ready Room at least 4 hours before their scheduled presentation.

- Make last-minute updates to your slides
- Practice your presentation
- Get help from staff and technical support

ePoster Presenter Requirements
- The presenting author must attend the meeting in person.
- The presenting author must register for the meeting and pay the registration fee by Friday, April 24, 2026.
- ePoster notifications coming soon
Educational ePosters will be published as abstracts in the Obstetrics & Gynecology online supplement. Industry ePosters are not included in the Green Journal publication.
Key Deadlines
March 13 — PowerPoint presentation drafts due
April 15 — Speaker registration deadline
April 30 (5 p.m. EDT) — Abstract embargo lifts
May 1–3 — ACSM in Washington, D.C.
Presentation Formats
Oral Presentations
- 6 presentations per session
- Each presenter has 7 minutes to present and engage in Q&A
- Sessions are moderated by a committee member
Film Presentations
- Each presenter introduces their film for 1–3 minutes
- After all films, there is a Q&A with all presenters, moderated by a committee member
- Each session usually features 6–7 films
ePoster Presentations
- Educational ePosters: 1 minute to highlight abstract
- Industry ePosters: 5 minutes to present
- Session Structure: The first 30 minutes are for presenters to highlight abstracts; the next 30 minutes are for audience interaction and questions
